Freeze! Summer has announced its arrival, and the juicy mango, a symbol of warm weather season, is ready for its close-up. We’ve collaborated with our friends at Rajasthan Rifles to create an icy treat that pays homage to the beloved mango lassi.

Mango Lassi Lolly ($78) features Messina’s signature Mango Sorbet, blended with yoghurt flavoured with a touch of cardamom, and coated with generous sprinkle of chopped almonds, chopped pistachio praline, shredded coconut, and crunchy freeze-dried mango.

Available at Rajasthan Rifles every weekend from now until the end of summer, gather your pals and enjoy summertime at The Peak over breakfast with an ice lolly from the Mango Lassi Lolly stall to cap it all off.
