It’s been a hot minute since we changed up our Hong Kong flavours but the time has come. The Hong Kong exclusives are quite special to us, each flavour has its own story and inspiration behind it. We know the value of using only the best ingredients. With all our local flavours, we are sourcing only the best, whether that is the pastry for egg tart, the tofu for tofu fa or the tea for our Hong Kong milk tea.

Joining the cabinet this month is a tropical sorbet created in honour of one of the city’s most beloved and well-trodden hikes:

DRAGON’S BACK – red and white dragon fruit sorbet.
