Inside this layered Gingerbread Hot Tub you'll find ginger-infused toasted cookie gelato, ripples of gingerbread fudge and dark chocolate-coated rice bubbles. Then, on top: pillowy vanilla whipped cream and a stencilled gingerbread man.

How to order: Pre-order begins 4 December. Available for delivery on GO and in-store pick-up at Messina Pottinger Street from 13 December.

Serving instructions:

Before eating, leave at room temperature for 15 minutes, for a perfect soft centre.

Storage and transport:

Bring a cooler bag with you when collecting, especially if travelling longer than 15 minutes. If travelling up to an hour or more bring an ice pack.
