Store & Stuff

  • Messina scoop vouchers are available for purchase at our Pottinger store: 1 Scoop ($70) or 2 Scoops ($85).

    Black Sheep Restaurants gift cards can be preloaded with any amount between $500 - $5000, and can be purchased here.

  • Yes! As long you’re in the catchment area you can have Messina delivered to you by ordering on GO. Type in your address to see if you’re within the delivery zone.

  • For personal use, absolutely! Just ask in store.

  • Get our tubs and cakes home and into your freezer within 35 mins. If it’s hot outside, use your noggin’….. and make the trip snappy! If you want to extend your travel time, bring a cooler bag.

    Remove 15-30 mins before serving for the perfect eating temperature.

FLAVOURS

  • Specials are only available at our Pottinger store. Our specials are available for seven days from the day they are posted, unless they sell out in advance. This means if a flavour comes out on Tuesday, the last time you can get it is Monday night, before the store closes. We introduce five new specials every week from Tuesday - Saturday. The best way to stay up to date on our specials is to give us a follow on Instagram.

  • Yes, no hidden bacon inside our cones or our sorbets!

  • Yes, all of our products are pasteurised.

  • They are not certified halal, but they do not contain any product that is non-halal. Except for our Tiramisu, Rum & Raisin & any specials which contain alcohol or contains vanilla extract. Flavours with a * indicated next to the name contain Heilala Pure Vanilla Extract. The Vanilla Extract contains Water (65%) & Alcohol (35%). The amount used in our products is considered safe for children to consume, but it is not Halal certified or suitable for those who cannot consume alcohol for religious or other beliefs.   • All of our flavours which contain chocolate (apart from chocolate sorbet) contain traces of nuts, as we make all of our own chocolate in house. The machinery used to produce our chocolate is also used to make our nut pastes. As such, these flavours DO contain a very small percentage of nuts. Please note, our factory does process peanuts and tree nuts in other machinery, therefore ALL flavours (including sorbets) MAY potentially contain traces of nuts. If you have any allergies, please make sure you ask our staff before you order.

  • No, sorry. All our gelato and sorbet contain sugar. There’s no beating round the bush. Treat yo self, really means treat yourself.

  • We don't have a full ingredients list for our flavours available, however you can read all of our flavour descriptions here.

CAKE

  • Yes you certainty can. You can order for delivery on GO or for pick up at our Pottinger store. To add a custom message to your cake, we require 24 hours notice.

  • No, we don’t make custom cakes. You can purchase one of our 6 gelato cakes (4 mainstays and 2 rotating flavours) which are all equally delish and handmade by our chefs.

Gelato Classes

  • Yes, we host gelato-making classes at The Scoop Suite in our Pottinger store. Click the link to find out more or to book!
